I am an Executive Recruiter for MGM Advisory Services. I (we) work with CEOs, CFOs and COOs, Private Equity Firms, and Board members to deliver exceptional retained search recruiting/talent management mainly at the Manager level all the way up to the C-Suite for permanent placements. Our ideal client enjoys truly partnering with us exclusively therefore gaining a Hybrid Fee Structure that saves our clients up to thousands of dollars in comparison to both other retained search firms as well as contingency search firms. We place positions such as: CEO, CMO, VP of HR, CFO, Controllers, VP of FPA, Director of Operations, General Managers, Plant Managers, Directors of Accounting, etc. My accounting education, CPA license and professional experience allow me to identify with my clients and their needs. I started my career as a staff auditor with Arthur Andersen in Dallas, Texas. During my time as an auditor, I worked with high profile clients assisting in the entire audit process. After leaving Arthur Andersen, I worked at Crescent Real Estate Equities in Fort Worth, Texas. I served as a financial analyst and assisted with financial reporting for the REIT –owned commercial real estate properties. When a move to Graham, Texas, called me away from Crescent Real Estate, I decided to put my accounting career on hold to raise my children. On a part time basis, I assisted with building and directing a successful medical skin care business with which my physician husband is associated. Also, for 21 years I have volunteered in my community and served on numerous boards. I recently ended 15 years of serving as a Graham Independent School District Trustee and 3 years as Board President. I hold a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Texas Christian University with a major in Accounting. In my spare time, I enjoy time with my husband and three boys. Together we hunt, fish and attend many sporting events.
