I help organizations grow, operate better, and make meaningful impact. My experience spans top-tier consulting, healthcare, industrial goods, and mission-driven organizations. My foundation in strategic operations and systems thinking was shaped by six years at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and enhanced through my work at BCG. I am passionate about building cross-functional relationships and bringing insight to impact. With an MBA/MS from the University of Michigan and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and project management, I bring analytical rigor, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution to every engagement. Outside of work, you'll find me training in Krav Maga, listening to opera, or supporting causes that advance women and strengthen the Japanese American community.
