I’m a visual merchandising leader with 15+ years of experience creating immersive, brand-driven retail experiences across flagship stores, concept environments, and regional markets. Currently, I oversee the visual direction for two of Dick’s Sporting Goods’ largest House of Sport locations—each over 100K square feet. From seasonal storytelling to floor planning and brand activation, I help translate corporate strategy into compelling, on-the-ground execution that elevates the customer journey. My background includes senior creative roles with Anthropologie, where I led display and VM strategy across 9 stores, executed 15+ store openings, and collaborated on large-format prototypes. I also bring an artistic sensibility through my work as a fine artist and visual consultant. I thrive at the intersection of creative storytelling and strategic retail performance. Whether launching new formats or leading training across teams, I bring a hands-on, collaborative spirit to every project. In addition to my creative career, I serve on the Advisory Board of the Sands Family YMCA, where I help shape community initiatives that foster health, wellness, and connection.
