Have you ever found yourself at a new place in life (job, location, or personally) and wondered where to get a coffee, what job to look for, or how to discover a new passion? When I first moved to Des Moines, I didn't know what to do next as a young professional in a new city. As Talent Attraction Manager with the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce, I work with individuals at all points in their leadership journeys to find their next big thing. My goal is to make West Des Moines/Des Moines the best place to be for everyone, no matter their background or experience. I am passionate about the people that make up our great community and how we can serve them better. When it comes down to it, our connections with each other make or break the bonds of our region. I am always looking for a book or recipe recommendation, and you might find me on a walk or bike ride after work. Originally from Kansas City, you will always find me rooting for the Royals, Chiefs, and Jayhawks, but my journey to the University of Iowa will have me bleeding black and gold for all time!
