About Meredith Oconnor

With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, I am passionate about helping my clients find the best and brightest talent and the optimal location for their headquarters. As an International Director at JLL and the head of the Business and Economic Incentives practice, I provide strategic consulting, financial analysis, site selection, and tenant representation services to some of the world's most renowned companies across various industries. I pride myself on finding creative solutions and cost efficiencies for my clients, as well as negotiating with state and local governments to secure favorable incentives and tax benefits. I also leverage my strong network and leadership skills to connect people and drive business results. In addition to my role at JLL, I serve as the Co-Chairman of the Advisory Board at First Women's Bank, a new bank that supports women-owned businesses and promotes gender equality in the financial sector. I am also involved in several local organizations and charities that align with my values and goals.
