With over two decades of experience in Human Resources and now serving as the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Human Resources at Palmetto Infusion, I am deeply committed to supporting our team’s growth and fostering a culture of empathy, collaboration, and servant leadership. My career began in 2002 with Winyah Healthcare Group, and since 2011, I’ve been honored to contribute to Palmetto Infusion’s journey across multiple states in the Southeast with 40+ clinic locations. My expertise spans critical HR functions, including HR strategy, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and benefits administration. I bring a strategic approach to supporting our rapidly growing team, ensuring that our values are embedded across all HR initiatives. With hands-on experience in multiple HRIS systems and the Microsoft Suite, I prioritize streamlined, data-driven HR solutions to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
