What is the Modern Healthcare Triple Threat? IT'S ME! And the three tenets that form the basis of my healthcare practices: 1 - Provide patient-centered, evidenced-based healthcare founded on wellness and prevention, while adapting to the modern medical landscape where each patient brings different knowledge, experiences, cultures, beliefs, and predispositions to every patient interaction. 2 - Promote a team-based approach to healthcare through the holistic 'Whole Patient' model, focusing on multifaceted and individualized treatment plans which utilize the strengths of every person involved within the healthcare team to optimize care and provide the best outcomes for our patients! 3 - Integrate and embrace new technological and scientific advances to make healthcare delivery more convenient, safe, and effective; while constantly reassessing current practices for opportunities for improvement. My previous work experience spans the continuum of care within the medical field. Throughout my 13+ year healthcare career I have worked as an EMT, Pharmacy Technician, CNA, RN and now as a Family Nurse Practitioner for the last 10 years. My military experience has given me unparalleled leadership opportunities and honed my organizational and analytical skills.
