Meredith is a Corporate Banking Analyst focusing on Industrials, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, and Consumer and Retail sectors. She provides analytical support throughout the entire credit origination, execution, and portfolio management cycle. She supports the due diligence process for transactions by analyzing company filings, financial statements, diligence reports, and equity/credit research. Meredith assesses the creditworthiness of new and existing clients through financial modeling and prepares internal credit presentations and related credit submission documentation. Meredith is highly collaborative and works closely with Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, Risk Management, and other internal partners to analyze companies’ business models, financial projections, deal structures, industry dynamics, and returns on transactions. Meredith supports senior team members in various ad-hoc and recurring initiatives such as portfolio management, administration and reporting, pipeline management, and annual budgeting. She works closely with outside counsel and compliance to facilitate loan closings and maximize operational efficiencies.
