About Meredith Telus

I am a public sector leader with nearly two decades of experience driving performance improvement, fiscal integrity, and program accountability. My career has focused on building oversight structures to ensure alignment with strategy, enhance transparency, and create measurable outcomes that improve both efficiency and impact. I am passionate about turning policy into measurable results that strengthen communities. Currently, I serve as Director of the Division of Program Quality and Integrity at the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, where I’ve built new initiatives in contracts quality management, internal auditing, and grants administration—each designed to reduce risk, maximize resources, and deliver greater value to the public. I recently advanced my expertise through a Master’s in Healthcare Delivery Science at Dartmouth, building on my Master’s in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. I bring to my work a passion for public service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
