I'm a Human-Centered Design Strategist transforming the relationship people have with how they work.I have a masters in psychology and 15 years of experience in business process, enterprise software, learning and development, and digital product and project management. I’ve worked with multi-disciplinary teams across industries, including automotive, banking, call centers, collections, communications, healthcare, pharmaceutical, state and local government, and utilities.I drive operational excellence through a human-centered design approach. I combine my skills of engagement, systems thinking, and knack for defining ambiguity to build trust and buy-in of a strategic vision. My proudest experiences have been leading initiatives that infuse culture into the employee experience, so that our employees can better serve our clients. Validated a $5M software purchase and optimized internal communications for consultants across 10 strategic business units by leading a global, cross-functional team of 20 members under C-suite through research and creation of a strategic roadmap focusing on content, tooling, and process change. Initiated a replicable employee engagement model and potential future offering with Strategic Operations, designed to build a resilient community and operational infrastructure for a decentralized practice. Created a talent pipeline by developing and managing a design practice internship for 22 interns and mentors 2 years in a row, including program development, recruitment, marketing, and intern evaluation. Pioneered the development of DE & I metrics reports for 2 strategic business units, empowering over employees to connect with DE & I initiatives through compelling illustrations and data visualization.
