I have over a decade of experience in working with external and internal stakeholders and products and a proven track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, sales and support teams teams to manage client relationships and overall programs. Currently, I am an Engineering Program Manager on the Privacy, Security and Safety team. Before this, I served as a Program Manager for the Chrome OS Hardware team, overseeing the development of an AMD reference design for Chromebooks. Previously, I was on the gTech Product and Tools Operations team doing technical program management for an internal workflow team. As part of this, I created a product roadmap incorporating 55+ initial feature requests, defined a quarterly team feedback process drawing in 40+ new requests, rolled out a bug and release comms process increasing the stakeholder teams to 9 from 2, and used data-driven analysis to add another FTE SWE to the team increasing the development velocity over 30%. I also was a Customer Success Engineer on Google Cloud Platform, designing and implementing our comprehensive program of technical enablement for long tail partners and developers using G Suite and Cloud Platform APIs. Additionally, I was on the publisher platforms side as a Technical Solutions Consultant working with our largest publishing customers to offer deep technical consultation on their configuration, including specializing in our video and DAI offerings. These roles build on my prior Google experience in working with top-tier publishers and advertising agencies, providing white-glove product support and working closely with a variety of teams to lead significant customer projects and to handle large scale escalations. I also bring to bear my technical skills honed by attending Launch Academy's three-month code bootcamp and serving as support tools engineer at a social start-up. Finally, I'm dedicated to employee development and mentorship, from coaching new hires with all achieving above meets on their initial metrics to rolling out an employee shadow program with 95% satisfaction rate. As a disabled mother in tech, I'm an ardent supporter DE & I initiatives and have been featured on internal panels and participated in ERGs such as Bread Winning Women, Women@Google and the Disability Alliance!
