Menopause is a natural part of every woman’s life, yet it often comes with challenges that feel anything but natural. For many, this phase can be accompanied by confusing physical and emotional symptoms that disrupt daily routines, including those in the workplace. As someone deeply committed to supporting women through this transition, I’ve created Making Menopause Marvellous—a holistic and empowering approach that combines the science of hormonal health with the power of the mind. Our minds and bodies can either be our worst enemy or our most powerful ally during this period. With my guidance, women can choose which path they’ll take. No more feeling like something’s not quite right without knowing why. No more comparing yourself to others or wishing for an easier life. And no more lack of focus, energy, or feelings of overwhelm. With the right support, menopause doesn’t have to be a burden—it can be a time of profound transformation. Through workshops, talks, and personalised coaching, I help women understand that while HRT can play a vital role in managing symptoms, the mind is just as important in navigating this journey. The workplace, where many spend the majority of their day, can either be a place of stress or an environment that fosters health and well-being. This is where I come in.
