Merel (Msc Organizational Psychology, EMCC accredited senior practitioner) is a consultant and certified coach with 25+ years of experience in the field of human capital development. As a solid process facilitator and coach, she has extensive international experience with learning & leadership development in large multinationals. Merel is keen on linking strategy to daily business, translating concepts into functional development initiatives that support the value stream. Rooted in the academic world as well, with collaborative development projects with several European universities, Merel is a regular guest trainer in several coaching courses. Merel brings a sense of purpose in organizations at different levels. Her personality is inclusive and enthusing – and this has shown good results in her leadership style. Her approach is influenced by positive psychology and systems theory. Dutch and living in Denmark, she is an associate partner in Strengths and works with both individual, leadership and team coaching.
