About Meriah Fields

Meriah Fields, MA is a Holistic Health practitioner with over 12 years of experience integrating mind, body, and spirit practices. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Columbia University, where she specialized in MindBody studies and Spirituality. Currently completing certification in Brain Health Coaching with Heidi Crockett, LCSW, focused on neuroscience-informed approaches to wellbeing. Her hsa worked at premier Health & Wellness institutes including Hippocraates Wellness, Self-Awakening Yoga Institute, and Caron Treatment Centers. Her work has spanned across disciplines, through interpersonal neurobiology education, somatic coaching, yoga education (CEU provider), nutrition & fitness coaching, bodywork and meditation. Meriah teaches the applied practices of mindfulness, Mindsight, providing trauma-informed, polyvagal-based interventions to support stress management, emotional regulation, and addiction recovery. She has Holotropic Breathwork facilitator training under Dr. Judith Miller and was mentored by Dr. Don Stapleton in Self-Awakening Yoga in Costa Rica. In addition to her clinical and coaching expertise, Meriah is experienced in curriculum design, workshop facilitation, public speaking, and content creation. She is passionate about helping individuals and communities build resilience, integrate mind-body wisdom, and access whole-self healing.
