From CUCM and CUC administration to configuring voice gateways, call routing, and IP phones, I ensured seamless communication for businesses. Additionally, I trained and mentored new team members, ensuring smooth onboarding and skill development. Driven by my passion for security and technology, I made the bold decision to pursue a Master’s in Cybersecurity, transitioning from voice and collaboration to securing digital infrastructure. Now, I’m leveraging my networking and communications expertise to secure enterprise systems, mitigate threats, and enhance network defense strategies.
