I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Tallinn University, where I learned how to understand and support diverse communities and individuals. Currently, I am a Sales Manager at Bankos, a company that connects qualified loan customers with major banks or alternative capital providers. My core competencies include customer relationship management, direct sales, and HelioScope, a software for solar design and engineering. In my previous role as a Sales Project Manager at Elektrum Eesti, I managed the entire process of installing solar plants for residential and commercial clients, from initial consultation to final paperwork. I used my CRM and direct sales skills to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals, as well as my HelioScope knowledge to design and optimize the solar systems. I contributed to the company's growth and sustainability goals, while also helping customers save money and reduce their environmental impact. At Bankos, I apply the same skills and values to match customers with the best loan solutions for their needs and preferences. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that shares my passion for customer satisfaction and social responsibility.
