I am a highly driven and passionate HR Professional with a heart to serve and nurture people. I have a flair for recruitment, coaching, and training. My areas of interest are: DE & I DE & I is an area for which I have a great call. I believe inclusion comes first and everything else revolves around it. I uphold inclusion in my workplace and truly identify myself as a culture specialist. My roots are in India and I grew up and worked in a very diverse culture, hence engaging and developing people from diverse backgrounds is something which I truly cherish. Psychometric Testing I have used tools like MBTI, 16PF, and Big 5 to assess and interpret personality types. I am truly amazed by the predictability and reliability of these tools and their ability to give individuals insight into their personalities while also enabling them to become a better version of themselves. Employee Counselling My background in psychology, my interest in listening to people and their stories, and the efforts that I have made in helping them navigate through their problems have always given me the title of a good counselor. I have also spent many hours in competency-based counseling for employees of various organizations, which has helped them to identify high performers and develop individualized development plans for them, leading to greater growth and success. My key skills as a people leader are resilience, humility, learning agility, and patience. These characteristics make me very approachable and engaging to my people. My stride as a CPHR in SK, Canada, has truly triggered my career growth, and I wish to learn and contribute greatly to the field of HR as a strategic leader in the coming years.
