My passion is to support my clients- to acknowledge, polish and use their “gold” in the best possible ways for the benefit of themselves and others - to help their employees, clients and students to use their “gold” to increase the positive impact I am passionate about empowering people to identify their talents and goals and build the confidence to achieve them. Through my coaching and supervision services, I support my clients navigate complex workplace situations, hone their performance and design the fulfilling career. With a focus on accountability, reflection, and strategic planning, my coaching and supervision sessions equip clients with the clarity and tools they need to be best at their jobs and enact positive change in their careers aligned with their values and other roles in life.
