As an experienced professional of the Corrugated industry I have been running the Sales Department of Alliance Machine Systems Europe for the last 8 years. In this role I am responsible for the development and accomplishment of the Sales Plan, in volume, margin and product mix (+/- 13.5 Million turnover) I have developed and proved a real ability to manage all the strategic and operational aspects of a Sales Department, as well as to enable the team and organization I lead to make effective progress. My business acumen allows me to clearly identify the needs for the Corrugated Market, to prioritize in order to build an appropriate Business Development Plan and then execute it to together with the team of Product managers. In my role as Key Account Manager to the major (pan) European Groups, development and maintenance of strong and trustworthy relationships has been the key. Due to my pragmatic approach I ensure the compliance of the customers' needs and wishes. Autonomous and responsible, I am close to my team in which I develop confidence, commitment and cohesion.
