About Merrill Pickerill

I am an Audit & Assurance Senior Manager at Deloitte, currently on a two-year secondment to the London, UK office where I am serving Audit as well as the Global Capital Markets Group. I primarily service in the Aerospace & Defense industry and Life Science industries and am based out of the Boston, MA office prior to my secondment. Prior to transferring to Boston, I served out of the Seattle, WA office where I focused in the retail industry, serving Fortune 500 companies. Through my tenure at Deloitte spanning both coasts, I have a wide range of experience across both private and public companies under both PCAOB and IFRS standards and spanning many industries. Through serving Companies across all stages of their lifecycle, I have vast experience in servicing companies of all lifecycles, from EGC Companies with no revenues to OCEO Companies with revenues in the billions.I have experience in planning and performing financial statement and internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) audits in accordance with both PCAOB standards, as well as IFRS Standards. In addition to serving large public companies, I have experience in planning and performing financial statement audits in accordance with the AICPA, executing IPOs, and auditing business acquisitions. I am accredited by the US firm in IFRS with a thorough-level certification and am current with my training.
