Merryl E. Werber serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at Kilroy Realty Corporation, a NYSE traded Real Estate Investment Trust (“KRC”). Ms. Werber has been with KRC since 1998, and prior to Chief Accounting Officer, held the roles of: Senior Vice President, Controller; Senior Vice President, Financial, Development and Construction Reporting; and Vice President, Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting and Deal Structuring. Prior to KRC, Ms. Werber was a CPA at Ernst and Young, LLP in the financial services audit and assurance practice in New York City and Los Angeles. Ms. Werber is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York (inactive) and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University in 1992. Ms. Werber serves on the Board of John Tracy Center, a private, nonprofit education center for infants and preschool children with hearing loss in Los Angeles, California that provides parent-centered services worldwide and was founded in 1942 by Louise Treadwell Tracy, mother of actor Spencer Tracy. Ms. Werber also serves on the Board of IMBCR, a private, non for profit organization in West Hollywood, California that is dedicated to advancing the treatment of multiple myeloma through scientific research and innovation leading to personal and continued optimized patient care.
