About Mert Dogan

While studying at the university, I visited several companies regularly and observed the logistics, export and import processes. During my visits to companies, I had the chance to experience Exporter - Importer relations, Logistics and customs operations. These experiences made me decide that the logistics industry is more suitable for me. Therefore, I had the opportunity to work at both Ataturk Airport and Istanbul Airport in order to better observe the aircraft types and experience the air cargo operation at the airport. When I worked in the position of GSA (General Sales Agent), my good knowledge of aircraft types helped me in guiding and helping our customers. The fact that the company I work for now has the customs department helped me to fully understand the connection between foreign trade, customs and logistics operations. I have also improved myself in sales as I do both operations and pricing in the companies I work for.
