With over 10+ years of revenue management experience and 20+ years in luxury hospitality, I bring a deep understanding of market dynamics, guest behavior, and total revenue optimization. Throughout my career, I’ve held key roles at iconic properties including Six Senses Ibiza, Six Senses Southern Dunes (KSA), Six Senses Kaplankaya, Six Senses Kocatas Mansion Istanbul, and previously at Radisson Hotel Group (Oman). My experience spans pre-opening and rebranding projects, consistently delivering outperformance against RevPAR, ADR, and GOP targets. I specialize in forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy, and inventory control, using tools such as Opera PMS, channel managers, OTA platforms, and Power BI for real-time decision making. I work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align commercial goals, optimize distribution, and enhance guest conversion.
