About Merve Kuibar

I am a supply chain analyst at Enbridge, with a bachelor's degree in law from Maltepe University and a student of the Business Administration- Purchasing and Supply Management program at Seneca College. My goal is to leverage my legal and business skills to deliver outstanding results in both settings. As a supply chain analyst, I collaborate with category managers and business partners to determine suitable purchase agreements, P2P channel strategy, and PO automation opportunities on Oracle Cloud. I also conduct analytics on existing contracts and purchase agreements to drive increased utilization and efficiency. As a business development associate, I develop strategic plans to achieve the firm's short-term and long-term goals, collaborate with internal teams to enhance employee engagement and culture, and implement sustainability initiatives to promote environmental responsibility. In both roles, I use my analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to support the team and the organization. As a lawyer registered in Istanbul Bar Association, I have extensive experience advising clients on compliance with legislation, corporate governance, and obligations arising from mergers and acquisitions, secondary public offerings, and takeover bids.
