With over 11 years of experience in human resources, I am passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment for employees and stakeholders. As the South Zone - ER IR at Flipkart, I handle employee relations and industrial relations for a large and diverse workforce in the e-commerce sector, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. I have also gained valuable experience in managing the entire gamut of HR activities, from employee life-cycle management to change management, in my previous roles at Asian Paints and Volvo Trucks India. I have developed skills in facilitation, campus recruitment, risk governance, and transactional analysis, and have obtained certifications in TS-16949 Internal Auditor, CII National HR Excellence Assessor, and Transactional Analysis 101. I am always curious about how humans interact with data and technology, and how culture influences behavior at the workplace. I enjoy reading, soccer, and quizzing in my spare time. I am open to connecting with people who share my interests and views on HR.
