I have working as Migration and Livelihood Development Advisor at GIZ Strengthening IGAD Migration Policy Implementation (SIMPI) project based at Addis Ababa with frequent movement of Project intervention areas like Moyale and Metema cross border areas and also worked at Save the Children International INSPIRE Project as Food Security and Livelihood Programme Coordinator based at East Amhara(Woldia) office, as Livelihood Programme Officer at Semera Area office with similar project with Key accountability and responsibility for ensuring efficient and high quality implementation of food security and livelihoods programme in 14 woreda of North Wollo, South Wollo and Waghimra Zones, in Amhara region, and different woredas of Afar region that will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Zonal Project Coordinators, Health and Nutrition Coordinator, WaSH Coordinator, and MEAL Coordinator as well as with FSL team and other project staffs to develop activities plan for FSL project activities, developing appropriate implementation tools to track progress and monitor and provide technical support to the FSL theme of the project. In addition, identify the capacity needs of field staff, and provide capacity-building training to ensure staff is able to implement activities to the highest standard with close communication and consultation of Project Managers and livelihood Advisors. I am attending MA in Project Management Department at Wollo University and have MSC.in Disaster Risk Management and Sustainable Development from Bahir Dar University Institute of Disaster Risk Management and Food Security Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Mary University College in the Rural Development Department, and also graduated from Hawassa College of Agriculture with a Diploma in General Agriculture Department.
