With over five years of work experience in various roles, I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive. As the People and Culture Officer at Diverseco, I manage the HRIS, oversee the recruiting process, and implement initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and belonging across the organization. I have successfully hired and onboarded multiple candidates from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and identities, and supported them in their career development and well-being. I also collaborate with the senior leadership team to align the people strategy with the organizational vision and values. I hold a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of South Australia, with a major in Human Resource Management. I have also acquired skills in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Systems, and Recruiting through my education and work experience.
