About Mesum Raza

It was an uncertain and tough decision to pursue an MBA from one of the country’s top institutes like NUST Business School after completing a Bachelor's in Applied Psychology. Despite being an entirely different area of study, the self-belief led me to continue my excellent performance in MBA as well. Currently, I am Through this MBA General degree, I acquired the core skills required for the current diverse environment. The specialization in HR provided me with the basic knowledge and skills involved in the Recruitment and Selection Process (Job description, Job specification, Interviewing, Personality Tests, Assessment Centres, On-Boarding), Negotiations and Conflict Management. The application of all these concepts was done by completing class projects with local organizations. Back in 2018, I completed my Internship in HR at ibex and during the internship, I was involved in Core HR Operations like Auditing the Documents, and scanning and uploading those on the HRIS portal. Later, because of exhibiting excellent performance during my internship, I was hired as HR Executive at ibex and then promoted to HR Generalist in 2020. However, my journey doesn't stop here as I entered the world of Blockchain, Startups & Crypto Currency. Currently, I am working as an HR Assistant (Remote) for one of the innovative cryptocurrency organizations that are Energi (coin name is NRG). Currently, I am going back to school with a more pragmatic approach to pursue my Masters in Human Resource Management at the University of Essex, United Kingdom where my goal is to enhance my HR expertise in an international and multicultural environment. The best part of this course is that I'll be acquiring a CIPD Level 7 membership after the completion of my degree which will definitely help me to have an edge in a such competitive market. Now I aspire to utilize my Psychological and Business related skills & abilities to deal with a challenging environment and accomplish the Never-Ending Goals through Continuous Learning and Improvement.
