KEY EXPERIENCE Fatigue Inspection on bridges (Gardencity skyway, St. Catharines, Burlington skyway, etc.) throughout in Ontario region for MTO. Piping inspection on Watermain projects in Toronto (GTA for City of Toronto) and Halton Zone-1 in Oakville. Completed hardware inspections to verify adherence to quality specifications by testing and measuring finished products, components, and assemblies for structural integrity. Analyzing and interpreting blueprints and sample data, recording inspection data, marking products for acceptance or rejection, and reporting results and defects to the QA Manager. Rust/Thickness evaluation to determine the strength of the structural integrity was in general compliance with project requirement. Conducted pull-out test on anchor bolts to determine required loads were met as designed. Conducted Skidmore test on High Strength Bolts to verify adherence to codes and specifications. Knowledge of material surface enforcement such as heat treat, peening and plating Supervising and Co-ordination of safety rules and regulations Conducted the production process of copper and steel. Monitored the whole process of producing copper and steel through computer software and interfered with unwanted situations. Interacted with international guests, in a friendly professional manner. Took responsibility of the production process, safety of the work-site, and provided written reports with regards to any occurrences.
