About Meta Pezdir

Meta Pezdir is the founder of Lilalab, a think tank for quality lifestyle in the digital era. Her work focuses on authentic leadership and mental fitness — equipping changemakers to stay resilient while guiding their communities. She has led more than 70 workshops with over 500 participants in 14 countries, working with people from age four to ninety-two. Together with volunteers, she has developed two frameworks and a handbook that changemakers can use in their own work. Alongside Lilalab, Meta is the Climate Reality Leader, Global Shaper, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Slovenian Transformator Program, which supports SMEs and NGOs in their sustainability transitions. She has also collaborated with the Circular Change Institute for Circular Economy, Deloitte, Telprom IT, and European NGOs. Meta holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Business from the University of Ljubljana. She is currently deepening her expertise in Expressive Arts Therapy under Dr. Avi Goren Bar, exploring the power of creativity for wellbeing and leadership. Her career spans HR, IT consulting, circular economy, and social innovation. In her free time, Meta enjoys writing poetry, hiking in the mountains, and dancing Cuban salsa.
