Change is about people, how people experience change and what they need to change successfully. Through program and project management I facilitate successful change and enable people, projects and organisation to make successful transitions with lasting effects. I challenge peoples way of working aiming to facilitate the transition with insight and my knowledge of change management, risk management, communication and stakeholder management. I lead projects and programs, and I focus on what I deliver. And I focus is on delivering transition and implementing change through leadership and insight.
