About Mia Brooks

I’m an E-Commerce Administrator at Wildflower Cases with nearly 4 years of experience overseeing backend systems for both our TikTok Shop and Amazon platforms.I began my journey with Wildflower Cases at just 16 years old, starting in the warehouse as a pick & puller. With no prior experience, I quickly transitioned into the office as a customer service rep. Over the years, I took on several side roles, from managing DLC’s Depop account from front to end, to traveling to events where I represented the brand and operated pop-up booths. I was eventually given the opportunity to manage our Amazon account where I learned the entire platform from the ground up. In just one year of taking over, we saw a 1,436.5% increase in sales. The following year, I took on our TikTok Shop seller account and launched the affiliate program, in which we have seen major success in both. In my current role, I manage everything from order processing and customer service to affiliate outreach/marketing and account health. I generate weekly sales reports on both platforms, create and monitor FBA replenishment orders, and ensure smooth performance across all systems. Additionally, I lead our TikTok Shop affiliate program, coordinating with creators, monitoring performance metrics, and driving sales growth through influencer partnerships. I’m known for bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table, fueled by my creativity and passion for being involved in a little bit of everything! I combine strong organizational skills and resourcefulness with the ability to independently adapt to and manage everything from backend logistics to data analysis and strategic execution.I’m entering my senior year of completing my bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising at Grand Canyon University (online), where I will further strengthen my skills in campaign planning, digital strategy, and consumer behavior. I am currently focused on growing my experience in digital marketing and operations, and am always open to learning opportunities, especially those that align with my academic journey as a marketing student.
