I am a communications consultant bringing a fresh approach to the development sector. My experience spans a range of commercial sectors, with the last 10+ years focused on the Asia-Pacific region in water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), health, business, government, and agriculture. I enjoy a challenge; I am a great team player, and I love a job that motivates me to do my best work. I am passionate about empowering the Asia-Pacific to reach its potential and a great believer in the role communications must play in that outcome. I have an advanced understanding of strategic communications, digital and social communication approaches, creating efficient and effective systems, delivering events, and production management. I also have strong capabilities in knowledge management and key cross-cutting development themes such as gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI), and climate change. I am creatively driven and outcomes-focused. I thrive on consultation, collaboration, and insight that drives innovative solutions. My strength lies in my adaptable, people-focused approach to work and a varied skill set that allows me to manage multiple priorities, plan and implement considered communications campaigns across multiple platforms, respond and adapt to emerging challenges and opportunities, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. I have a wide-ranging network of business, media, NGO, and government contacts in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
