About Mia Davis

Thank you for visiting my profile page. I've been blessed to have amazing experiences as a student-athlete at two wonderful universities. I also consider myself rather global as my family roots are in Jamaica, and yet I was born and raised in the United States. My athletic experiences have been significant in my life journey. I almost feel like I was born with a soccer ball and continued to develop my skills to play at the collegiate level. Athletics has taught me vital skills such as communication, determination, how to navigate through adversity, and leadership. More importantly, athletics has provided me with a great opportunity to build quality relationships with coaches, faculty, fans, and teammates. The next chapter of my professional life will be as a physical therapist. Thus, I am continuing to gain experience to prepare for a doctoral degree in the rewarding field of physical therapy. I look forward to connecting with you if there is any way we can serve each other.
