I am a third year Pitt Business student majoring in marketing and seeking a Spring or Summer 2024 internship. Please contact me at miahess2013@icloud.com. I am currently located in Pittsburgh, PA. I am open to positions in Pittsburgh as well as Reading, PA. In high school I was in charge of my field hockey team's social media and loved it, but never thought I could make a career out of it. It was not until my first week at Pitt that a friend of mine expressed to me how she was interested in social media and digital marketing. It was at that moment I knew I wanted to be part of Pitt Business. While my interest is heavily in social media and digital marketing, I am open to any other opportunities. I am currently the social media chair for the Eta chapter of the Delta Phi Epsilon sorority at Pitt. Primarily through Instagram and TikTok I create content, share information, and give updates about the chapter and other Panhellenic events. I am currently enrolled in Marketing Research, Consumer Behavior, and Decision Analytics, as well as other core business courses. Through these classes I have expanded my skills immensely in just a few short months. These skills include Python and Microsoft Excel.
