I am a transwoman of color, born and raised in Louisiana, and currently living in San Francisco. I started my professional career at San Francisco Community Health Center as a volunteer conducting outreach and supporting the Trans Thrive Program. The program is for the trans community by trans community. I have two years' experience in community outreach and engagement, HIV Prevention and Substance use. I am currently a community health worker at SFCHC. I am a co-facilitator in a focus group named What's TEA. I appreciated how the CHW program helped me build my people skills.
