About Mia N.

I’m a finance leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. A licensed CPA and former auditor at EY, I’ve built and led finance functions from the ground up in early-stage SaaS and AI/ML startups. Over the past several years, I’ve-Built end-to-end finance operations including FP & A, accounting, HR, and GTM strategy -Developed dynamic financial models that support product launches, pricing, hiring plans, and fundraising -Partnered cross-functionally across RevOps, Sales, and Product to align finance with business goals Having led in ambiguity and scale-up environments, I bring a builder’s mindset with a sharp eye toward systems, data, and strategic leverage. I’m currently deepening my data fluency (SQL, Looker, modern finance stacks) to better partner with product and BI teams and shape the next generation of finance infrastructure. I'm energized by high-growth environments where finance is a strategic force multiplier — and where operators are empowered to scale responsibly and build lasting value.
