Background

About Mia P.

Fresh out of college, I started at the bottom and worked my way up - as a Production Assistant, Production Coordinator, Production Manager and Location Manager, Creative Producer. As a writer, producer and researcher, I was in charge of telling stories. After having left the media production industry, I jumped into tech and digital. I represented a company that specializes in creating what we now call mobile apps. I went into digital marketing, including full campaign planning, community building, digital customer service, social media strategy and loyalty and relationship building programs. I went into content, community and response management in a multinational advertising agency, handling multiple brands simultaneously and specializing in social media content for different social media platforms, digital crisis management and customer service. I zeroed in on Social Media and Community Management for a financial technology company in the finance and insurance sector. Currently, I am a Digital Consultant for multiple organizations in varying sectors, such as Finance, Technology, Energy, Media, PR and Advertising, Real Estate, Print Publishing, Political PR and Retail. I am also having the best time doing all of this, all at once!
