As the founder of Beauty Concierge, the first Black-owned nail salon in Cobb County, Georgia, she created more than just a business—she built a space for sisterhood, self-care, and community. Known for its superior service, Beauty Concierge grew rapidly, generating over in annual revenue within just three years. Driven by a commitment to meet her clients' evolving needs, Mia expanded her brand with Bundles by Beauty Concierge, offering high-quality and affordable hair extensions that further cemented her presence in the beauty industry. Today, having mastered the art of beauty and business, Mia has shifted her focus to her true passion: mental health and mediation. She now devotes her time to facilitating meaningful conversations that bring healing, clarity, and resolution—giving hope to the hopeless and helping people find peace through dialogue.
