I’m a Food Science major at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, graduating in June. This past summer, I interned at GimMe Seaweed where I gained hands-on experience in sensory analysis, operations, and supply chain management. I’ve worked on quality control, created SOPs, and built a database system using Microsoft Excel to help streamline documentation. My coursework includes food chemistry and microbiology, along with other food science courses, which have helped build a strong foundation for my career.
