About Mia Tait

As a M365 Practice Lead at First Focus IT, I oversee Microsoft 365 consulting engagements, ensuring exceptional service experience for our clients and aligning our operations with the strategic direction of the business. With over 12+ years of experience in MS365 consulting, I have developed strong skills in SharePoint Online and MS Teams (+more!) implementation strategy and design. I also enjoy training on these platforms, helping businesses optimise their use of the MS365 stack.Prior to joining First Focus IT, I worked in my own company, MiVirtual, LOVING helping all business sizes and industries to optimise their M365 use. I also had a quick and valuable stint as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Pilbara Ports Authority, where I gained valuable experience in providing technical support and solutions to various IT-related issues. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Southern Queensland and a Diploma of Financial Services from Kaplan. My passion for growth drives me to continuously learn and improve my skills, and I am always eager to collaborate with others who share similar interests.
