For over 17 years, I have been working at Gila River Telecommunications, a Native American owned and operated company that provides quality and affordable services to the Gila River Indian Community. As the operations manager, I oversee the daily operations, outside plant, engineering, and damage prevention functions, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance. I have a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from the University of Arizona, and I am skilled in strategic planning, project management, team building, and problem solving. I also have extensive experience in sales and marketing, having held various positions in this field, from apprentice to customer service manager. I am passionate about delivering excellence, innovation, and satisfaction to our customers, partners, and stakeholders. I am also committed to supporting the mission and vision of Gila River Telecommunications, which is to promote economic development, cultural preservation, and self-determination for the Native American community. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and I value collaboration, integrity, and respect.
