Strategic Quality Leader with 5 years of progressive experience in industrial chemistry, specializing in establishing and optimizing QMS. My focus is on building quality infrastructure and driving compliance: I successfully developed a complete QC laboratory from the ground up within a startup, including establishing new processes, machinery, and control protocols. In my QC/QA Lead role, I manage critical quality functions, including team leadership and the comprehensive oversight of quality assurance protocols. Moreover, coming from a background in studying abroad, as well as having multicultural experience in my student career, I continuously grow my team spirit in a broad spectrum and develop my positive, flexible, and collaborative mindsets while working with colleagues and customers.
