Background

About Micaela Kopponen

I am an experienced professional in Business Development, with strong strategic, conceptual and analytical skills. These assets have been of great importance in all the different areas that I have been responsible for: Digitalization, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience and Service Design, to name a few. My competence toolbox is comprehensive and versatile and it can be utilized in many industries. I have been accountable for numerous development programs and projects, such as a complete renewal of the company's digital services (mobile first), building an analytics-based customer communications program and renewing the operational model for business development. I am skilled in change management. For instance, as a member of the management board of LocalTapiola Services Ltd, I was a key player in achieving very good results in a relatively short period, due to a systematic and structured change process. I am familiar with working as well as a business consultant as a director in organizations of various size. Whatever my role may be, I always have a strong people centric approach. I truly believe that great employee experience in an inspiring culture leads to great customer experience. To achieve this, my key values as a leader are encouragement, openness, co-creation and trust – not to forget a daily, good pinch of humor! Tel:+358 40 7270934 E-mail: micaelakopponen72@gmail.com
