Some people say rules are meant to be broken. I have to disagree with that. Rules keep us safe. Rules provide accountability. I’ve spent the last 4 years providing accountability and safety to customers. Although quality complieance are my bread and butter, my expertise also includes client acquisition and retention. Cultivating vital relationships and providing quality customer service is a priority to me. I’ve also had the previledge to be trained in a variety of compliance topics including but not limited to: HIPPA, Business Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, the Sunshine Act, Ethics, and Service Safety. Some highlights of my work include- A proven track record of evaluation, development, and streamlined application of regulatory and quality compliance standards that yielded measurable results- Generating over 20K dollars in new client acquisition- Securing over 30K in city grants to start-up a non-profit. I love soccer and helping youth, so in my free time, I founded a non-profit after school community program called: “ Queen City Street Soccer”. We are dedicated to championing inner city student athletes. I put my professional experience to use as a compliance officer for the organization, but I’ve also written successful grant proposals and grew the network to span 6 schools, 2 recreation centers and serve more then 100 students.
