About Micah Bisson

I am an Information Security Professional with a strong engineering background and demonstrated Program Management experience. Over 10 years working on large at-scale services at Microsoft on a variety of services including Microsoft 365, Xbox Live, and various other product groups, and other large-scale distributed Enterprise systems outside of Microsoft. I take a “Security First” lens on problem sets and try to come up with secure solutions to problems while minimizing friction to the customers, retaining service health, uptime, and availability. I keep the end-to-end user experience top of mind. I actively seek opportunity to develop and improve processes to help engineering teams work more efficiently and contribute to a healthy team culture. I'm a strong advocate for bringing in and retaining diverse backgrounds and cultures to enrich product teams and development practices. Self-introspective, and constantly looking for areas to improve in both my professional and personal life. Outside of work I have strong passions around music, video games, wine, bourbons, travel, cars, and being connected with my friends and family.
