I have over 10 years of IT experience, including physical technology repair, software distribution, and network configuration. I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and multiple certifications in Five9 Contact Center and American Red Cross Adult CPR/AED. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network administrators and software developers, to address complex technical challenges and optimize fleet management systems. I also conduct in-depth troubleshooting and problem analysis, ensuring swift issue resolution and minimal disruption to client operations. Additionally, I work as an Information Technology Contractor through WorkMarket, an ADP company, where I manage the IT asset lifecycle, from procurement to disposal, ensuring accurate records and compliance with policies. I am passionate about bringing back the human element to a sometimes cold IT world, and creating more creative solutions to the most analytical problems.
