About Micah Meeks

I am a Senior Operations Analyst, with over 13 years experience in many different facets of the Mortgage Servicing industry. The majority of my experience has come from working for some of America's most valued housing partners like Fannie Mae and Bank of America. Currently, I work under the Credit Portfolio Management Operations (CPM Ops) umbrella as a Senior Operations Analyst on the HECM Reconciliation team. My group is responsible for reconciling HUD Reverse Mortgage claims to recoup any funds owed to FNMA due to servicer oversight. Personally, I have daily responsibilities that include process improvement, project management, risk management, reporting, quality control, and training. I enjoy learning new processes and I am always eager to connect with other lines of busniness. While I enjoy several aspects of my job, I think my favorite role is the training of each of our new hires to help them to gain an understanding of our teams business objectives. In my free time I referee 1st - 12th grade Boys Lacrosse, I am also extremely active in the softball and flag football community.
