Micah brings to the table 24 years of solid experience in leading drilling operations and working with a disciplinary team engaged to deliver business objectives in the National and International Oilfield, with a reputation for being a solid influence as a Seasoned Oil and Gas industry Leader. He strategically collaborates with key personnel, contractors, and stakeholders for the improvement of operations to achieve business objectives. Micah was born in Comox Valley, British Columbia, Canada and presently resides in Northern Alberta. He considers himself very passionate about raising his family of 6 and providing a stable environment wherever they are situated. He loves being able to work and live in different countries that provide a wide range of experience for himself and his family. He feels that this passion inspires him to give his full dedication and understanding of a multi-culturally diverse workplace. Micah enjoys traveling and gaining more knowledge from the Oil and Gas industry. He appreciates working on drilling wildcat exploration wells. These wells require very special attention and high regard to safety. He understands being prepared for any obstacles with contingency plans in place. On an educational front, Micah has completed his Grade 12 Diploma in and has continuously developed himself professionally by completing numerous courses and tickets. A few of the key skills that Micah brings forward include strong leadership, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills. He strongly believes that success depends on the value of strong working relationships, built on integrity and mutual respect. Micah continues to be focused on improving his position as a reliable supervisor, developing his cutting-edge skills in drilling supervision. He takes personal satisfaction in tackling new challenges with a competitive edge as he advances his career within an ever-changing industry. He welcomes positions in alignment with his present career ambitions, such as a Drilling Supervisor, Consultant, or Operations Manager.
