About Micha Groote

As a Senior Product and Technology Consultant, I dedicate my time to supporting Global Accounts and their multinational customers. I use my abilities to work in highly dynamic work environments, enabling agile business operations, building longstanding trust relationships with high-profile customers. Managing development roadmaps, supporting implementations of new products, system upgrades and industry mandates and running projects for high-impact system charges. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a link between internal departments and external customers, ensuring development aligns with the latest customer needs, and enabling a state of art system for demanding business operations. Providing consultation and support for training and training curricula, provisioning and participation in customer events, giving the end user a solid knowledge base. In case there is a disruption, I engage with technical departments providing incident management and support, ensuring quick resolutions. My career at Sabre started in 2015 as a Customer Support Specialist. With responsibilities which included Sabre platform set-up, product implementation, and integration support for third-party products. Having accountability for related workflow and work process consulting, managing the stakeholder expectations, which ensured a positive customer experience and building a long-standing trusted business relationship. When needed, I conducted end-user training and supported floorwalking on site in Dutch, German and English. Besides regular visits and business meetings onsite and virtual, I have supported larger projects onsite for extended periods in different locations worldwide. My working career started in 2002, when after my internship, I continued working as a (Senior) Travel Consultant for CWT from 2002 - 2015, with responsibilities including regular business travel support to VIP travel arrangements, expatriate travel and emergency travel arrangements/evacuations. Supported service level agreements moving quickly between tasks and responsibilities, and served customers in Dutch, German and English and worked with colleagues in French when needed. Trained and managed colleagues, which ensured high business standards and operations.
